Are you a Mission Central “Friend in Mission”? Without our “Friends” Mission Central would not exist! Mission Central has set a goal for 2010 is 2,010 NEW Friends in Mission. Our “Friends” include: individuals, church groups, clergy and whole church congregations. To become a “Friend” a 1 year membership is $60 or you can mail them $5 per month. PERRY COUNTY FOOD BANK IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO HELP MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY FOR 1 TO 5 HOURS DEPENDING ON YOUR SCHEDULE. VOLUNTEERS ARE ALSO NEEDED FOR THE 3RD WEEK EACH MONTH TO HELP WITH DISTRIBUTION SITE STOCKING. CALL 717/582-5111 FOR INFORMATION
JOIN HANDS MINISTRIES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE JUDGES OF PERRY AND JUNIATA COUNTIES ARE PRESENTLY LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO SUPERVISE VISITATION OF CHILDREN AND PARENTS INVOLVED IN CUSTODY CASES. THER ARE NO REQUIREMENTS FOR VOLUNTEERS OTHER THAN AN HOUR OF YOUR TIME SPENT AT EITHER THE PERRY OR JUNIATA COUNTY COURT HOUSE. ANYONE INTERESTED SHOULD CONTACT STACEY AT JOIN HANDS MINISTRY:
