“Of this gospel I have become a servant according to the gift of God’s grace that was given me by the working of His power.” - Ephesians 3: 7 NRSV
Pastor's Welcome
Welcome to the Website for the Snyder's United Methodist Church. Our church has a long and rich history of being alive for Jesus Christ. As you look at our "site" you will become familiar with our mission and outreach as we make Disciples for Christ. Our children, youth and adults in Sunday School are learning to be faithful followers of Christ. There is an active Children's Ministry, that provides opportunities for our younger children to learn about Christ and to be faithful followers of the Lord. Our Youth Fellowship Ministry is a vital link to helping our youth be faithful followers for Christ. The Willing Workers provide opportunities for vital ministry that benefits the local church as well as the community and the world. The Young Adults Group deals with many of the "current issues" of life and how to apply them to Christian living. The Leadership of Snyder's Church is deeply committed to Holy Living. Our Worship Service is a blend of traditional and contemporary Christian music, a time of sharing joys and concerns, a deep commitment to prayer and the Proclamation of the Gospel in the morning message. We are a growing small membership church but our church family has an enormous heart for everyone. It is my pleasure to serve as the Pastor of this great congregation. Even though I am "officially retired" the Snyder's Church allows me to remain faithful to my calling for ministry and is keeping me "young at heart" with enthusiasm and opportunities for service and to extend to you our very warm and personal invitiation to be part of our growing church family. God Bless You! Know that Christ loves you and we love you also.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.
